Our farms are equipped with modern agricultural facilities, including drip irrigation, borewell water, 4.5 lakh litre storage tank, electrification, and on-site caretakers. Each plot supports tissue culture teak, ensuring higher yield and long-term returns.

About the Promoter
Balachandra Ranga Rao, born into an agricultural family in a remote village of Chikmagaluru, transitioned to a corporate career after earning a silver medal in textile engineering. He worked with MNCs like Dupont/Invista, Aditya Birla Group, Modern Group, and Wellspun, gaining extensive corporate governance experience. In 2014, he founded Smartext Solutions in Bangalore, known for 100% compliance and ethical business processes. Smartext is a reputed ambassador for Dupont's LYCRA® Fiber across India.
His newest venture, Panchavati Smart Farms, reflects his passion for returning to his roots and adding value for stakeholders. Investing in this venture ensures excellent ROI.
